Ales graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague in 2000 and has operated as an attorney since 2004. He obtained his Doctoral degree at Charles University in the field of commercial law in 2005. He founded DOUBEK & PARTNERS in 2011. Ales specializes in corporate law, real estate law, regulations associated with air transportation, insolvency proceedings, information technology law, enforcement and the assuring of receivables.

Attorney at Law

Tereza received her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague in 2013. During her studies she completed a one-year study stay at the Faculty of law, University of Antwerp, where she obtained a cum laude certificate in the field of international and EU law. Within her practice Tereza focuses on corporate law, aviation law and international transport law. She passed the Bar Exam in December 2016.

Attorney at Law | Trustee in bankruptcy

Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague in 2012 and has been operating as an attorney since 2018. In his practice, he focuses mainly on receivables enforcement and litigation as well as on civil law, public procurement and criminal law. Tomáš holds a permit to operate as a trustee in bankruptcy from the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. He is an official partner and statutory representative of a legal entity that actively executes the function of a trustee in bankruptcy.

In 2015 Honza graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, he was an associate in our team and in February 2019 he passed the Bar Exam. In his practice, he focuses mainly on civil law, corporate law, medical law and criminal law.

Tan graduated from the Faculty of Law, Palacký University Olomouc in 2018. He had been an associate from 2018 and had passed the Bar Exam in December 2021. Tan’s legal practice includes all standard areas of law with a larger focus on civil law, especially contracts and obligations and debt collection. Other specific areas of practice include Criminal Law.

Associate

David graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2023 and has been an associate in our law firm since October of the same year. During his studies, David gained experience as a chairman of a Commission for the hearing of an offence, particularly in the field of administrative punishment. In his legal practice he focuses mainly on civil law, commercial law, receivables recovery and medical law.

Office manager

Rita has been the office manager at Law Firm DOUBEK & PARTNERS since 2023. She provides administrative agenda, communication with clients, general functioning of the Firm, supports the team and she is responsible for the smooth going of accounting processes. In 2023 she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague with a focus on customer relations and internal marketing.

Assistant

Lucie is an assistant to Mgr. Tomáš Bartůněk in his insolvency agenda, where she is responsible for debt relief process and all administration.

Assistant

Dominika has been working as an assistant and receptionist at the Law Firm DOUBEK & PARTNERS since 2023. She manages administrative tasks, makes phone calls, redirects clients’ email requests to the responsible attorneys, welcomes guests to our office spaces, and processes electronic mail.
